My name is Luke “Duke” Emmons and I grew up in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. I started riding motorcycles at the age of nine. I instantly fell in love and couldn’t stop. It was an illness and the only prescription was to go bigger and better. Each time I got on my XR 80 I was warned by my well intentioned father “if I catch you riding that motorcycle fast today I am going to take it and cut the bike in half!” this taught me a very valuable lesson, to do stunts just out of range of my father’s watchful eye. 10 years past and I left the wood scene and bought my first street bike, a crashed 92 F2 for $1400. Many traffic tickets and several losses of licenses later I began to strictly ride in the parking lot and have been doing so nearly every day since spring of 2005.
